My holiday is over!

Our dear helper, Li Hong went on a one month home leave. And I was given the opportunity to to stay at home to take care of the kids with the help of my mum. This is an hard to get opportunity, as I have tried applying to be a housewife but rejected uptem times by their Daddy.

I will not say this whole month has been a holiday for me. I find it more challenging and demanding, and tiring than work. At times, the kids can get onto my nerves and it didn't help that the weather had been so humid and warm. Having said these, I had a great time bonding with all three of them. I am so proud that Nathan react only to my voice and can't wait to lean over to me when I stretch my hand to carry him. I am so happy that the breakfast that I specially prepare for my girls are devoured by them in seconds. Now, they look for me for their basic needs.

Their Daddy declared "Yo! your holiday is over!" even before Li Hong step out of the custom area at the airport. Maybe to their Daddy, I have not done a good job. He even told his brother that I can't make it as a housewife. Anyway I have a great time and this time spent at home is priceless.

Celebration at home
We have a celebration much earlier this year as many relatives will be away on the weekend before her birthday. She has specifically requested for a Princess theme party. She is so into princess and pink right now. Almost everything she want now is in Pink and Princessy. In fact, she has asked me for a pair of glass slippers just like Cinderella.

Nathan is 4 month old

There is a ceremony when a baby is 4 month old. With the ceremony, the baby can offically taste all sort of food. There are also 12 pcs of marie biscuits to clean up the baby's saliva. This is suppose to prevent baby from drooling. The other ingredients are tofu, spring onion, corriander leave, meat and prawn all cooked in mee sua soup and two giantic drumbstick. I can't remember giving the girls the mee sua soup. May be there is a difference between boy and girl. I will have to find out.

Lil Nathan truthly enjoy the food. He loves the drumstick and mee sua soup. We can even hear him slurping. They must be yummy. He can 't wait for his grandma to feed him and even used his hand to bring her hand towards him.

Nathan and his boxing routine

Since birth, his daddy has been teaching him how to box. And occassionally, Nathan will be boxing on his own.
